Everything you need to launch and grow
Five pillars. Project work is priced one-time, ongoing services per month. Every service below is a package you can buy directly — or combine several in the builder.
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before you start.
What is the difference between a ready-made package and custom work?
A ready-made package is already built and we configure it for you: a vetted theme for a website, or a pre-built system for intake, booking, or listings. Setup is configuration, so it is fast and fixed-price. Custom work is designed and written for you from scratch — that is what you buy when the ready-made option genuinely cannot do the job. If you are unsure, ask: the ready-made route is almost always the cheaper experiment, and you can upgrade later.
How long does a project take?
Every package lists its own delivery window. Landing pages and the Starter WordPress site ship in 5 business days, standard websites in 10, ready-made stores in 7, Shopify stores in 14, ready-made systems in 5-10, custom software in 30, and AI automation setups in 12-14. SEO and social media are ongoing monthly services, not projects with an end date.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes, and that is deliberate. We agree the scope before we start, write it on the package page, and charge the number shown. Fixed price only works because the scope is fixed too — that is the trade. If you want more than the package includes, we quote the addition separately rather than quietly expanding the bill.
Why is your pricing lower than other agencies?
We are a fully online team. There is no office, no account-manager layer, and no commission-based sales team between you and the work. You are not paying for the parts we do not have. Florida agencies quote $3,500-9,000 for a small-business website; our Standard WordPress Website is $650 because it is a configured theme delivered by a small online team — not because the work is thinner, and not sold as a bespoke design system.
How do payments work?
On projects above $1,000 you pay 30% at kickoff to reserve your slot and the remaining 70% when the work is delivered. If you prefer, pay the full amount up front and take 3% off the total. Below $1,000 you pay up front and the first-draft refund guarantee covers the risk instead.
What if I don't like the first draft?
On packages under $1,000: not happy with the first draft? Full refund, no questions. The guarantee applies at the first-draft stage — once you approve the draft, your normal revision rounds apply. On larger projects the protection is different and stronger: if we miss a delivery milestone, we make it right or refund that milestone.
Are monthly and yearly services a subscription?
No. There is no contract, no auto-renewal, and no stored payment mandate. You buy a block of service — one month or three, one year or three — as a single purchase. When the block runs out, you decide whether to continue. Prepaying three months takes 10% off; prepaying two or three years takes 5-10% off.
What does the annual service on a ready-made system cover?
Hosting and infrastructure, security updates, uptime monitoring, automated backups, and critical bug fixes if the system stops working. It does not cover content changes, new form fields, new rules, new integrations, or new features — those are quoted separately. Keeping that line clear is what keeps the yearly fee the same for everyone.
What happens if I stop paying the annual service?
Access pauses — we do not delete anything. Your data stays yours and stays exportable, and you can resume at any time. There is no auto-renewal, so the decision is always yours in both directions.
Is ad spend included in the social media packages?
No. The package price is the management fee. Ad spend is billed separately and paid directly to the platform, so you keep full ownership and visibility of your ad budget. Only the Pro package includes ad campaign management.
Do you guarantee first-page rankings for SEO?
No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Search engines decide rankings, not agencies. What we promise is the work: a fixed monthly checklist, transparent reporting, and no lock-in if the results are not worth it to you.
How many revisions do I get?
The number of revision rounds is listed on each package page. Most packages include 2 rounds; the Conversion Landing Page and Starter WordPress Website include 1. Ongoing services include continuous optimisation for as long as the service runs.
What is not included?
Third-party costs such as domains, paid ad spend, telephony minutes, and premium plugin licenses are billed at cost and are not part of the package price.
Can I buy more than one package?
Yes. Buy any package on its own straight from its page, or combine several services into a single project in the Package Builder and see the combined one-time total live.
What happens with custom projects?
Custom software and mobile apps are quoted manually because scope varies, so they are priced from $5,999 and route you to a free discovery call instead of a checkout page. If your scope is fairly standard, the Standard Custom Software Website package covers it at a fixed $4,999.
